The services offered are not a substitute for medical care any information provided by the therapist is for educational purposes only & not diagnostically prescriptive in nature.

The parent/guardian of a minor will be required to sign consent prior to treatment, authorising the Asian Blend Spa therapist to administer massage, bodywork or somatic techniques to their child or dependant, as agreed at the time of treatment.

Asian Blend Spa reserves the right to charge in full for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and no shows. Should cancellation or rescheduling not be made in time, the full treatment fee will apply.

Late arrival will result in a reduction of treatment time whilst the full fee will apply.

Return and Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy – Asian Blend Spa

At Asian Blend Spa, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with every purchase. This Return & Refund Policy applies to products and gift vouchers purchased through our spa or online store.

1. Products (Soaps, Oils, Skincare, etc.)

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase if the product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns on opened or used items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

Our team will guide you through the return process.

2. Gift Vouchers

Non-Refundable

All gift vouchers (digital or printed) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost, stolen, or expired vouchers cannot be replaced.

Transferable

Vouchers are transferable and may be used by another person with the original voucher code or printed copy.

Expiration

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

🌸 Asian Blend Spa – No-Show & Cancellation Policy (Voucher Use)

At Asian Blend Spa, we are committed to providing excellent service and a relaxing experience for all our guests. To help us manage our schedule and honor everyone's time, please review our updated policy for voucher bookings:

📌 Cancellation Policy (Voucher Appointments):

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the total treatment value, which must be paid before rebooking.
For clients using vouchers, this fee must be settled separately, as the voucher cannot be applied to the cancellation charge.

🚫 No-Show Policy:
Failure to arrive for your appointment without prior notice will result in your spa voucher being marked as redeemed and no longer valid for future use.

🎟️ Voucher Validity:
All vouchers must be used before their expiry date. Booking in advance is recommended to secure your preferred time slot.

Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees or voucher forfeiture.
